These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Hey Puzzlers mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
By accessing and using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and any other legal notices or guidelines provided within the App. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

The App may allow you to post, share, or upload content (e.g., reviews, photos, comments). You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you agree to comply with our guidelines for acceptable content.
The App includes a marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade puzzles. All transactions between users are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from these transactions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and guidelines when engaging in marketplace activities.
Certain features of the App, such as marketplace transactions or premium content, may require payment. All payments are processed through secure payment methods. You agree to pay any fees associated with your use of the App and acknowledge that we may charge you for specific features.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that disrupt the App or other users. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App, and any rights or licenses granted to you will immediately end.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hey Puzzlers and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
